Rick Young, Owner,
grew up in the Waterloo area and graduated from West High School. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1969. Returning to Waterloo, Rick became involved in all aspects of the family Plumbing & Heating business and took on the day to day responsibilities of Young Development Co., LC.
Gary Rankin,
General Manager since 1991, oversees all aspects of the company.
Bonnie Bantz,
Property Manager since 1990, is in charge of Liberty Manor.
Lois Gleason,
Bookkeeper since 1998.
Binh VanNyguen,
Maintenance Supervisor since 1990, provides maintenance and repair
service on all properties.
